Whilst we do specialise in n/a distilling, we are proud to be able to make bespoke nano-batches of alcoholic products as well. If you would like to try something out, we can help. Our latest project was ‘Gin Cuvee Elegance’, a sophisticated gin developed around finger lime, saffron and a small but special fruity fraction of mezcal artesanal. Quite Delicious. Add to cart and send me a message with your heart’s desire, I’ll make it happen.

A true reflection of the botanical selection process…

Our non-transformative, non-destructive low temperature distillation allows us to capture the freshest expression of the botanicals we work with. The process is iterative, no two botanicals are the same, even when harvested from the same place. The season has changed(vintage), the time has changed, maybe the person harvesting is different. We don't make big batches to blend away anomalies, we champion them. The beauty is in the intricacy and delicacy of the flora around us. If only we could take a second to look closer.

Each bottle is hand painted with a carefully selected environmentally friendly palate to reflect the temperature of the hydrosol.

Our circular packaging program is our commitment to a greener future that isn't just written down. Sustainability is a hot topic. Every marketing campaign for every brand now puts it as one of the most influential decision-making factors for consumers, and yet the practical solution remains elusive.

If you believe (like we do) that the single-use packaging system is starting to break the environment, we so dearly love, you can bring your bottle back to us for a refill minus the cost of the packaging…

Join us in enjoying thoughtful, tasty beverages whilst smugly telling your friends you’re helping preserve nature as well.

Project Hydrosols core tenets based on the 5 key principles outlined below:

Transparency in business practices, processing.

Packaging Accountability; practical internally managed solutions to the single-use problem.

Prioritise local sourcing with honest limits, fresh fruit is not meant to travel, dried botanicals are comparatively efficient.

Communicate flavour and aroma truthfully, clearly and without transformation.

Continuously improve, publishing both progress and shortcomings.
