Canela - Tahitian Lime - Rose Geranium

This is a concentrated tonic syrup, designed for dilution in soda water. (Do you ever buy a bottle of tonic water only for it to go flat before you can finish it?). With a subtle sweet spice, pop of fresh lime hydrosol and a little floral geranium to compliment, add 30ml into a glass top with 150ml of soda (and 30 of gin) for a lightly bitter afternoon wind down. I don’t like shipping water around the country, let alone the world. Buy this instead.
